The project:
This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on construction management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and subcontract packages.
Provides planning support across allocated projects, ensuring all tenders and programmes are accurately aligned, scheduled, and monitored. Works closely with project management to enable timely, profitable delivery. Leads 4D planning activities for a complex project portfolio, driving clarity, coordination, and highquality execution.
You'll be responsible for:
Driving safe, highquality, and compliant delivery, applying strong knowledge of local HSE requirements, and promoting well-being and inclusion.
Provide strategic direction across key assignments, driving effective planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
Support senior leadership in due diligence, business development, and longterm strategy.
Foster collaboration, knowledgesharing, and strong stakeholder relationships across all project environments.
Develop detailed 4D planning outputs that reflect project, logistics, and site constraints.
Monitor progress through productivity reviews and visual reporting, supporting weekly updates.
Coordinate team activities and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
Deliver project requirements while collaborating to reduce carbon impacts and support netzero objectives.
You'll need to have:
Extensive 4D planning expertise integrating BIM, schedules, and site progress for complex projects.
Proven experience across infrastructure, residential, or hospitality programmes with strong commercial and stakeholder capability.
Knowledge of sustainability, carbon impacts, sequencing, logistics, and RIBA stages.
Relevant builtenvironment degree and professional membership or progression toward chartership.
Experience with Synchro (or similar), P6, Navisworks, and preferably ACC.
Extensive industry experience, preferably with mega-project experience.
Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
