Type of Experience
- Advantage if 2-3 years working with A&D firms (interior designers, consultants, architects).
- Strong Listening skills and able to understand design and technical elements
- Experience in UAE/GCC design markets and familiarity with library management + sampling workflows.
- Background in product presentations, material selection, and project support.
- Key Skills
- Excellent relationship-building with designers & consultants.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (Lunch & Learns, product demos).
- Solid product knowledge and ability to explain technical suitability.
- Highly organised in managing libraries, samples, project tracking, and follow-up.
- Ability to identify new opportunities at concept/schematic stage.
- Expected Focus Areas
- Regular A&D visits, meetings, and generating new relationships.
- Updating and maintaining material libraries across all assigned firms.
- Conducting designer presentations and training sessions.
- Ensuring BSH products are specified and listed in BOQs.
- Coordinating with internal teams for samples, technical data, mock-ups, and project requirements.
