Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with children and individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges, providing evidence-based therapy in line with ABA principles.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions to implement ABA strategies
- Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising BCBA
- Record and analyze data to track progress and inform treatment
- Foster positive behavioral changes and skill acquisition in clients
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and team members
- Maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environment
- Flexibility working in school settings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification
- Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs
