Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist at our clinic in Dammam. The Behavioral Therapist will work closely with children with developmental delays and special needs to assess, plan, and implement behavior management and therapy sessions. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and provide parent education to support the child's growth. Regular assessment, reporting, and adapting therapy strategies will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Behavioral Therapy, including planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized therapeutic interventions
  • Knowledge of child development, developmental delays, and behavior management techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families, and team members effectively
  • Ability to maintain detailed records, provide progress reports, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications in Behavioral Therapy or related fields
  • Experience in working with children with special needs is highly preferred
  • Compassion, patience, and a passion for working with children to achieve developmental milestones
