Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Behavior Sciences, Education, or equivalent field
Certified RBT, IBT, or ABAT
Excellent English oral and written communication
Organization and Professionalism
Ability to lift 15kg/30 lbs (to lift a child)
At least 2 years experience as an ABA Therapist in a clinic or school
2 recent professional references
Dubai Police Clearance Certificate
Occupational Health Card
Must have UAE Residence visa

Responsibilities

Ensure safety, health, and well-being of students at all times
Implement ABA to teach developmentally appropriate functional skills based on BCBA treatment plan
Work with individual students or small groups within school environment
Maintain materials and student documentation
Professionally interact with parents and others
Assist learners with health and hygiene practices
Participate in staff meetings and mandatory in-service training
