About The Internship Program:

Abdul Latif Jameel Internship Program aims to attract talented Saudi undergraduates and graduates to acquire hands-on work experience.

The Internship Program is tailored for experiential learning and firsthand experience working with great leaders, where interns will get the chance to enhance their knowledge of the working world of Abdul Latif Jameel, developing their interpersonal and technical skills, and build a solid foundation for their future careers.

Over the internship period, interns will be challenged by working and participate with daily activities and tasks of the Business Units, tackle business milestones, discover how we lead and develop our teams, build skills and relationships that go beyond the few months experience at Abdul Latif Jameel.

Your Role as an Intern in Abdul Latif Jameel:

The internship program we offer can involve a combination of:

• These will help you get to know the Abdul Latif Jameel family of businesses and our people, and so to integrate smoothly into our culture.
• Responsibilities as of Day 1 you will feel the ownership of your tasks from the beginning, and you will be given specific responsibilities
• Continuous coaching you will work with passionate people as well as day-to-day follow-up from your line manager

Qualifications required:

We're looking for under-graduates and graduates:

• With one of the following majors: Human Resources Management, Marketing, Information System, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or any relevant majors
• Saudi National
• Location Riyadh and Jeddah
• Strong knowledge of English (both written and spoken) and preferably bilingual
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
