Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for an experienced Hindi-Speaking Property Advisor. The Property Advisor will be responsible for providing expert real estate guidance to clients, managing property listings, conducting property viewings, and assisting clients with investments. Key responsibilities include fostering client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring seamless property transactions. The Advisor will work within a dynamic team to help clients achieve their real estate goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish trust and build client relationships effectively
• Comprehensive understanding of Property Management and expertise in Investments to guide clients with informed decisions
• Knowledge and experience in Finance to assist clients in evaluating property investment options
• Hindi language proficiency is a requirement; additional language skills are a plus
• Proven experience in real estate or a related field, preferably in a high-demand market
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• UAE real estate experience or certification is an advantage
