AC / HVAC Technician

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Dubai. The AC / HVAC Technician will handle installation, inspection, servicing, and repair of AC and HVAC systems, including split units, ducted units, and ventilation systems.

Daily tasks include:

• Diagnosing faults and performing repairs
• Preventive maintenance and cleaning
• Checking refrigerant levels and ensuring proper system performance
• Completing work orders and responding to service calls
• Coordinating with supervisors and team members
• Following safety and quality standards

The role may also involve basic electrical checks and minor plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems, along with proper documentation of all work performed.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in AC / HVAC installation, servicing, and troubleshooting
• Experience with basic plumbing tasks linked to HVAC systems and preventive maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical fundamentals and safe handling of HVAC electrical components
• Technical diploma or vocational certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or related field
• Previous Dubai or GCC experience is an advantage
• Ability to read manuals, follow work orders, and use basic mobile apps for documentation
• Good communication skills, customer‑focused attitude, and ability to work under time pressure in a multicultural team.
