Job Summary
Al Marwan Developments is looking for a hardworking and reliable AC Technician Helper to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across various real estate properties. The role requires basic technical knowledge, willingness to learn, and the ability to support technicians on-site while ensuring safety and efficiency in operations.
Key Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the AC Technician Helper include, but are not limited to:
- Assist AC Technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
- Support in handling tools, equipment, and materials required for AC works
- Help in cleaning, servicing, and replacing AC components such as filters, coils, and ducts
- Load and unload equipment and ensure proper storage of tools after use
- Follow instructions from technicians and supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper disposal of waste materials
- Assist in identifying basic faults and report issues to the technician
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Support in routine maintenance schedules across multiple properties
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support smooth operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in HVAC or maintenance field
- Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and site conditions
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC field
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Basic understanding of safety practices in maintenance work
- Flexible and willing to work across different locations as required
