Batterjee Medical College is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Coordinator to support the Academic Affairs Office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth academic operations, accurate documentation, and effective coordination between faculty, students, and administrative units.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate academic schedules, classroom allocations, and communication with academic programs.
Maintain accurate academic records, documentation, and confidential files.
Support student processes, including the Student Excuses Committee documentation and communication.
Coordinate onboarding and timekeeping for part-time faculty.
Assist with exam operations: seating plans, iPad/lab allocation, online/paper exams, and electronic marking.
Support NCAAA accreditation activities, data collection, and evidence preparation.
Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on assigned action items.
Provide professional administrative support to Academic Affairs and collaborate with internal departments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Health Administration, or related field.
13 years of experience in academic or administrative roles (preferably in higher education).
Strong English & Arabic communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
