We are now seeking to appoint an Academic Coordinator to support the delivery of our range of business and management programmes delivered in partnership with our European and UK higher education institutions.

The Academic Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of a number of academic programmes, liaising with our students in the region, managing learning resource environment and engage with academic faculty to ensure students receive a high standard of academic support for their studies.

Responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the academic administration, from post-enrollment to graduation. You will work closely with senior academic and professional services staff to proactively develop the programme, student experience and virtual learning environment.

Primary purpose of job

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of King's Business School's programmes to drive best practise and consistency in student experience including planning, assessment administration, ensuring appropriate academic support for students and faculty is provided.
  • Collaborate with the administration team and others to maintain our virtual learning environment space and ensure content is ready and students have access to course materials.
  • Consult with the reporting heads and other key stakeholders, to design and oversee course offerings and faculty provision for incoming courses.
  • Host student live induction sessions and provide one to one support for students on an individual basis as appropriate.
  • Manage data submissions with accuracy to the partner institutions.

Qualifications

With a postgraduate academic background, ideally you should possess relevant administration experience within the Higher Education sector. You will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to work under your own initiative as well as within a team, and sound IT skills.

Previous relevant experience of working in a student-facing Higher Education environment is preferred.

Salary:Upto AED 6000/- per month subject to suitability for role.

Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
