Job Description

We are looking for Academy Manager's for the below sectors;

  1. Manager, PCQs Academy
  2. Manager, AI & Emerging Technologies Academy
  3. Manager, Defense & Security Upskilling
  4. Manager, Assessments

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Manager – Academy is responsible for the operational, academic, and financial performance of the Professional Certifications & Qualifications Academy. The role ensures achievement of enrollment and revenue targets, industry-aligned curriculum delivery, capstone and project validation, technology infrastructure readiness, faculty capability development, and stakeholder satisfaction in alignment with institutional governance standards.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in education or sector environments.

• Demonstrated experience in P&L management and enrollment delivery.

• Experience dealing with awarding bodies and regulatory requirements.

• Experience building industry-academia collaborations.

• Demonstrated success leading multi-division teams within complex institutional or government-linked environments.

• Extensive experience in UAE institutional and government markets within multi-cultural environments.

Technical & Operational Expertise

• Capstone and portfolio-based learning validation.

• Industry certification integration and validation pathways.

• Budget management and margin protection.

Leadership & Governance Capability

• Faculty utilization planning and continuous upskilling frameworks.

• Strong industry engagement and partnership development.

• Data-driven academic and operational decision-making.

• Innovation leadership and program refresh discipline.

• Stakeholder management including corporate clients and certification partners.

• Continuous improvement and market responsiveness capability.

• Stakeholder engagement with industry advisory panels and regulatory bodies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue & Enrollment Delivery

• Achieve approved enrollment and revenue targets.

• Develop growth strategies aligned to emerging tech demand.

• Support Business Development for corporate tech programs.

• Maintain quality audit standards and regulatory compliance in the academy.

Industry-Aligned Curriculum & Capstone Governance

• Ensure execution of industry-relevant curriculum frameworks.

• Oversee capstone and project-based validation processes.

• Integrate industry feedback into curriculum updates.

Faculty & Capability Development

• Manage instructor utilization within approved benchmarks.

• Drive continuous faculty upskilling in emerging domains.

• Conduct structured performance evaluations.

Financial & Operational Governance

• Maintain budget discipline.

• Control cost structures and protect academy margins.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to Executive Director – Academies. Industry &

Stakeholder Engagement

• Maintain high learner and corporate satisfaction levels.

Other Generic functions

• Attend regular and ad hoc internal meetings with key stakeholders, such as Finance, HR, Leadership and other divisions.

• Create positive working relationships with internal teams, customers, and prospects to understand client needs as well as customer satisfaction and retention.

• Participates in recruitment process of staff and ensures the effective management and development of staff.

• Demonstrates a commitment to our Emiratization program and professional development initiatives for UAE National employees
