ACC Implementation Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) solutions for clients.
• Conduct client discussions, requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution analysis.
• Configure and support ACC Docs, Collaborate Pro, Build, and related Autodesk solutions based on project requirements.
• Translate business and project requirements into practical ACC workflows and solutions.
• Support project setup, permissions, folder structures, workflows, templates, and document management processes.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and implementation support.
• Deliver user training, demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge-transfer sessions for clients and project teams.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional or workflow-related issues.
• Analyse project processes and identify opportunities for digitalisation, automation, and process improvement.
• Prepare implementation documentation, configuration guides, workflows, and user training materials.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Monitor implementation progress, identify risks or gaps, and ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Stay updated on Autodesk Construction Cloud features, workflows, integrations, and construction technology trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM, construction technology, software implementation, consulting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), particularly: ACC Docs; Autodesk Build ; Collaborate Pro; Autodesk Construction Cloud Administration
• Strong understanding of construction document management, collaboration, project workflows, and common data environments (CDE).
• Proven experience in software implementation, including configuration, testing, deployment, and user support.
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with the ability to understand requirements and recommend practical solutions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify workflow gaps and process improvements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in conducting client meetings and training sessions.
• Ability to prepare clear documentation, reports, workflows, and training materials.
• Experience working with AEC, construction, infrastructure, engineering, or architectural organisations is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel to client/project locations when required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience implementing ACC for contractors, consultants, developers, or engineering organisations.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and project information management.
• Familiarity with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, or other Autodesk solutions.
• Experience in conducting client workshops, demonstrations, onboarding, and training.
• Understanding of integrations or data exchange between ACC and other construction technology platforms.
