Job Description

Accommodation Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To supervise and manage the staff accommodation, ensuring a safe, clean, well-organized, and comfortable living environment in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the accommodation and ensure compliance with house rules and regulations.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and overall condition of the accommodation.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for repairs and cleaning requirements.
  • Welcome newly joined employees and brief them on accommodation rules and guidelines.
  • Handle residents complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor access control, entry, and exit to ensure safety and security.
  • Prepare regular reports on accommodation status and submit them to management.
  • Coordinate with the HR and Administration departments regarding accommodation matters.
  • Respond to emergencies and take appropriate action in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma minimum (Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in accommodation supervision, administration, or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Basic computer skills (reporting, email, MS Office).
