Accommodation Supervisor
Job Purpose:
To supervise and manage the staff accommodation, ensuring a safe, clean, well-organized, and comfortable living environment in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the accommodation and ensure compliance with house rules and regulations.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and overall condition of the accommodation.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for repairs and cleaning requirements.
- Welcome newly joined employees and brief them on accommodation rules and guidelines.
- Handle residents complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Monitor access control, entry, and exit to ensure safety and security.
- Prepare regular reports on accommodation status and submit them to management.
- Coordinate with the HR and Administration departments regarding accommodation matters.
- Respond to emergencies and take appropriate action in accordance with company procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma minimum (Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in accommodation supervision, administration, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Basic computer skills (reporting, email, MS Office).
