We are hiring an Account Assistant/Sales Assistant to drive end-to-end inventory availability, delivery speed, and inventory health across a private brands portfolio at NOK Human Capital. In this role, you will analyze operational data, identify root causes of inventory challenges, and implement data-driven actions to improve key performance metrics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize replenishment, inventory placement, and supply chain execution while proactively mitigating risks. Your work will directly enhance product availability, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve product availability by managing purchase order lifecycle and resolving stockout root causes.
- Analyze inventory performance metrics, identify trends, and develop prioritized action plans to improve performance.
- Optimize delivery speed by collaborating with supply chain and logistics teams to improve replenishment and inventory flow.
- Ensure optimal inventory placement using demand forecasts and regional inventory patterns.
- Maintain healthy inventory coverage by balancing supply with demand and proactively addressing overstock or stock shortage risks.
- Identify and execute actions to reduce aged, excess, and stranded inventory while improving overall inventory health.
- Build scalable reports, automate insights where possible, and communicate risks and performance updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1+ years of professional experience in sales, supply chain, operations, or a related analytical field.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience analyzing data to identify trends, root causes, and performance improvement opportunities.
