We're looking for an Account Director to lead strategic client partnerships across a portfolio of high-profile brands at a fast-growing social & digital marketing agency.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and client leadership and knows how to turn great ideas into measurable results.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead senior client relationships and act as a trusted strategic partner
- Own integrated social & digital strategies from briefing through delivery
- Present performance, insights, and future recommendations to stakeholders
- Drive account growth, identify upsell opportunities, and support new business
- Oversee budgets, scopes, and account profitability
- Mentor and lead Account Managers and Executives
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, media, and influencer teams
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years experience in account management within a social, digital, or integrated agency
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content, paid media, and influencer marketing
- Proven experience managing large or complex accounts
- Confident presenter with excellent client-facing skills
- Commercially minded and comfortable owning revenue and forecasting
- Agency experience in the UAE or wider MENA region is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a must .
