As an Account Director, you will hold full commercial responsibility for growing accounts, managing profitability, and building long term relationships with key regional clients. You will oversee end to end delivery of large scale trade exhibitions, live events, and brand campaigns while guiding a team of account and project management specialists.

• Drive annual revenue targets and maintain profit margins across assigned regional accounts.
• Act as senior contact for key regional clients, commercial partners, and government entities.
• Lead the end to end execution of live events, trade exhibitions, conferences, and experiential brand activations.
• Collaborate with creative, production, technical, and operational teams to maintain high quality delivery standards on site.
• Lead strategic account reviews, pitches, tenders, and commercial growth proposals for new and existing clients.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to account managers and project delivery teams Manage budget control, variation orders, and overall account profitability alongside finance teams .

Discover the requirements

• 8 to 10 years experience within the UAE or GCC events, exhibitions, or experiential sectors.
• Proven background managing large scale live events, corporate exhibitions, and government activations.
• Strong commercial background with direct experience managing project budgets, scope changes, and financial forecasts.
• Demonstrated success leading pitches, presenting to senior stakeholders, and expanding existing accounts.
• Solid operational background with clear understanding of local venue rules, health and safety guidelines, and production workflows.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing agency account management or delivery teams .
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Arabic Speakers highly preferred.
