We are looking for an Account Director Influencer Relations to lead the strategic planning and execution of high-impact influencer marketing programs. This role acts as the senior client partner, shaping integrated influencer strategies, guiding teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as the senior strategic lead and primary client contact for influencer marketing programs, ensuring trusted, proactive, and solution-driven partnerships.
- Leads the development of integrated influencer strategies aligned with brand objectives, target audiences, and measurable KPIs.
- Owns senior relationships with top-tier creators, talent agencies, and platform partners to unlock high-impact and exclusive opportunities.
- Oversees influencer selection, negotiations, contracts, and costings, ensuring value, compliance, and optimal budget use.
- Guides creative ideation and content strategy, balancing brand requirements with authentic creator storytelling.
- Leads campaign execution and performance oversight, translating data into clear insights, ROI, and optimization recommendations.
- Manages and mentors influencer teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, clear delegation, and timely execution.
- Partners closely with senior internal teams (creative, social, digital) to deliver integrated and amplified campaigns.
- Provides senior counsel on influencer risk, reputation management, and crisis response.
- Supports business growth through pitch leadership, strategic proposals, and expansion of existing client accounts.
