We are seeking an experienced Account Director to manage client relationships, develop campaign strategies, and oversee execution for clients in the media and entertainment sectors. This role involves strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, and ensuring successful campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Oversee a client portfolio by maintaining strong stakeholder communication, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, providing data-driven feedback to optimize performance.
- End-to-End Execution: Lead the full campaign lifecycle—from creative collaboration to final delivery—while ensuring all projects meet high-quality standards and deadlines.
- Media & Partnerships: Manage influencer collaborations and earned media efforts to boost brand engagement and visibility.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and campaign results, providing detailed reporting and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8-10+ years in account management, with a focus on media or entertainment.
- Skills: Strong client management, communication, and strategic planning abilities. Experience with budgeting, financial management, and team leadership.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
