About The Role
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven
Account Director to manage client relationships, oversee key accounts, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, an excellent leader, and experienced in aligning client goals with creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple client accounts, serving as the main point of contact.
- Develop account strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency capabilities.
- Oversee project execution, timelines, and budgets while maintaining quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and production departments.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to account managers and coordinators.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in an advertising or media agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale accounts successfully.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with advertising, media planning, and digital marketing practices.
