Overview
A leading global advertising agency is looking for a senior Account Director with strong 360 advertising experience across brand, integrated communications, and activations. This is a key leadership hire for the Riyadh office, reporting directly to the CEO, and will play a critical role in shaping high-impact, fully integrated campaigns for major regional and global clients.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong agency background delivering end-to-end 360 campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, brand strategy, and experiential/activations, with a proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead senior client relationships across key accounts, acting as the main strategic partner
- Own and deliver fully integrated 360 campaigns spanning brand, creative, digital, social, media, and activations
- Work directly with the CEO on account strategy, growth plans, and key client opportunities
- Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery from insight and concept through to execution and post-campaign analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, production, experiential, and media
- Drive strong creative and strategic outputs that are culturally relevant to the KSA market
- Manage large-scale activation projects including events, experiential builds, and brand experiences
- Identify and convert organic growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Ensure strong commercial performance including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability across accounts
- Act as a senior presence in client presentations, pitches, and stakeholder management sessions
- Contribute to the overall growth and positioning of the agency in the Saudi market
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience at Account Director level (or strong Senior Account Director ready to step up) within a leading advertising or integrated agency
- Proven track record delivering 360 campaigns across brand, creative, digital, social, and activations
- Strong experience in experiential marketing, activations, and large-scale brand experiences
- Experience working with high-profile regional or global clients, ideally in KSA or the wider Middle East
- Strong strategic and commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and account performance
- Confident working directly with CEOs, senior stakeholders, and demanding client teams
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary agency teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environment
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage but not essential
