Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm

Location: Maadi, Victoria Square (onsite)

Salary: 25K base + 10 commission per deal after target.

Responsibilities

  • Close sales deals with qualified B2B leads through calls, meetings, or online demos.
  • Understand client needs and present suitable solutions that match their business goals.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations in English.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with potential clients.
  • Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline and finalize deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and lead generation teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • C1 level English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Closer, Account Executive, or B2B Sales Representative.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales cycles and handling high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with CRM systems and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
