Your Impact

Isovalent by Cisco is seeking Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue for its Isovalent Enterprise solution. In this quota-carrying hunter sales role, you will target enterprises seeking next-generation networking, observability, and security for their microservices and cloud-native applications. Demand has surged in the last 12 months as customers recognize the limitations of legacy tools. Kubernetes and containers require cloud-native solutions, and Cilium is already the technology of choice for leading brands like Google, Adobe, Capital One, GitLab, and Datadog.

A Typical Day

  • Develop and execute sales plans for your assigned territory.
  • Forecast, meet, and exceed quota.
  • Develop and manage a high-velocity, ARR funnel through inbound and outbound leads.
  • Collaborate with Cisco's sales team to generate pipeline and business.
  • Collaborate on and improve all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering.
  • Communicate Isovalent's key value drivers and differentiators to prospects and customers.
  • Understand the competitive market.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Alignment with Isovalent's open-source heritage.
  • Domain experience in one or more of the following: Compute platforms (Kubernetes, VMware, Pivotal, OpenStack, Docker, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Monitoring software, Data Center Security.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to quickly learn new products and processes.
  • Competitive and driven.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; team player.
  • Entrepreneurial with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to Cloud Native platform teams.
  • Passion for working in a startup culture within a global organization.
  • Strong sales aptitude and understanding of the sales process.
  • Tech-savvy business acumen and the ability to articulate a compelling value proposition.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile environment.
  • Organized.
  • Arabic language skills (oral and written).
