Job Overview

We are recruiting for an Account Executive on behalf of our client. This role focuses on driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with remote-first and internationally operating companies.

You will work closely with senior decision-makers across HR and business leadership, positioning the client's platform as a long-term solution for managing global workforces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Engage with C-level executives, HR leaders, and operational stakeholders
  • Understand client challenges and present tailored solutions
  • Deliver product demos and sales presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account success
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years experience in an Account Executive or similar B2B sales role
  • Background in SaaS, HR Tech, Fintech, or related technology sectors
  • Proven success closing new business and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Fluent in English
