Job Description

2. JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Executive Account & Data Analyst to manage key client accounts while leveraging data-driven insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making. This role combines account management responsibilities with data analysis, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. The successful candidate will build and maintain client relationships, monitor account performance, analyze business data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounts Management

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews, presentations, and reports to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, customer, and operational data.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities through data analysis.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, accounting health, and revenue growth.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.

Business Support

  • Provide management with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve customer retention and profitability.
  • Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, marketing, and operations teams on business projects.
  • Monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions when performance targets are not met.

4. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Client retention rate
  • Revenue growth from managed accounts
  • Customer satisfaction scores
  • Accuracy and timeliness of reports
  • Sales performance and forecasting accuracy
  • Process improvement and efficiency metrics

5. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
