About the position

As an Account Executive specializing in QSR and F&B enterprise sales, you will own the complete sales motion with the regions largest restaurant groups, franchise operators, cloud kitchens, aggregators, and F&B enterprises. Youll help them deploy Autonomous AI Teammates to manage omnichannel ordering, customer support, sales workflows, recruitment, delivery support, and operational coordinationat scale and with measurable ROI.

Requirements

  • Established rolodex across major QSR groups, franchise operators, cloud kitchens, and F&B enterprises in the GCC.
  • Understanding of the commercial, operational, and franchise dynamics of high-volume restaurants.
  • Use of AI tools to supercharge prospecting, outreach, and operational insight.
  • Ability to translate frontier AI into practical restaurant outcomes.
  • 48 years of success selling enterprise software into QSR, hospitality, retail, or high-volume B2C operations.
  • Experience working with operators managing hundreds or thousands of daily orders is a strong plus.
  • Excellent at influencing senior decision-makers and aligning operations, IT, and franchise owners.
  • Skilled at articulating ROI in environments driven by speed, cost, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Professional fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Deep understanding of GCC relationship-driven sales dynamics and QSR operating models.
  • Comfortable traveling across GCC to meet clients, run workshops, pilot solutions, and close deals.

Responsibilities

  • Run the entire sales cycle: prospecting qualification discovery solution design negotiation closing expansion.
  • Engage the C-suite and senior operational leaders across QSR (CEO, COO, CIO, CDO, Head of Operations, Head of Guest Experience, Head of Delivery & Aggregators, Head of HR).
  • Position Teammates.ai as the automation and guest experience layer for high-volume restaurant operations.
  • Lead demos, ROI sessions, and workflow workshops tailored for QSR & F&B, including:
  • Omnichannel order handling (voice, chat, WhatsApp)
  • Guest support & complaint handling
  • Upsell and repeat-order automation
  • Delivery coordination & aggregator integration
  • Store-level recruitment & scheduling
  • Loyalty program automation
  • Articulate clear business outcomes: lower cost-to-serve, faster speed of service, reduced call abandonment, improved NPS, and higher order conversion.
  • Build a strong pipeline across regional QSR groups, franchise operators, cloud kitchens, casual dining chains, aggregators, and F&B enterprises.
  • Leverage both industry relationships and AI-driven prospecting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on QSR-focused campaigns and with SPEs on technical scoping (POS, CRM, delivery platforms).
  • Drive adoption across GCC QSR ecosystems with deep cultural fluency and operational understanding.
  • Provide insights on menu workflows, aggregator behavior, operational KPIs, and franchise owner decision cycles.
  • Influence vertical-specific GTM, playbooks, and product roadmap.
  • Partner with SPEs to ensure seamless technical integration with POS systems, kitchen management tools, delivery aggregators, CRM & loyalty systems, and contact center platforms.
  • Work with Customer Growth Partners to drive adoption, multi-brand expansion, renewals, and long-term relationships.
