As an Account Executive at GLMA Marketing Management, you will play a vital role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with our team to understand clients objectives, develop strategies, and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their goals and objectives.

Collaborate with clients to develop customized digital marketing strategies that align with their business objectives and target audience.

Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, social media, and advertising, to execute campaigns effectively and meet client expectations.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Provide regular updates and reports to clients on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.

Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services to existing clients.

Handle client requests, inquiries, and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction.

Assist in new business development efforts, including proposal preparation, pitches, and presentations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions to meet clients evolving needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

2+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, present proposals, and build rapport with clients.

Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive projects forward and meet client expectations.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service.

Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is a plus.

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
