Job Description:
As an Account Executive – Hotel Contracting, you will play an important role in expanding and managing Rehlat's hotel portfolio. Your main responsibility will be to identify potential hotel partners, establish new business relationships, and support the contracting process.
This position is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the travel and hospitality industry and is looking to build a career in Hotel Contracting and Account Management.
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential hotel partners across different markets.
Support the team in negotiating hotel rates, promotions, and contract terms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners.
Follow up on hotel rates, availability, and inventory through hotel extranets.
Coordinate with hotels regarding contracts, rates, promotions, and availability.
Follow up on hotel connectivity and support dynamic connectivity through our channel manager partners.
Monitor hotel pricing and ensure competitive rates are available on Rehlat.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure hotels are properly contracted, connected, and live.
Monitor hotel performance and support initiatives to increase production and sales.
Maintain accurate records of hotel contracts, rates, and partner information.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor pricing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
0–2 years of experience in Hospitality, Tourism, OTA, Sales, Business Development, or Account Management is a plus.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good command of English, preferably B2 level or above.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and develop within the hotel contracting field.
Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up with different hotel partners.
Additional Information:
Immediate joiners are preferred.
This position is based in our Cairo, Egypt office.
Previous experience with hotel extranets, OTAs, or channel managers is an advantage but not mandatory.
