Job Description

Job Title:Sales Agent / Account Executive (High Ticket Sales)

Employment Type: Full-time, Remote (USA, UK, Canada, or UAE)

Reports To:Founder/CEO

Job Summary:

We are seeking Sales Agents or AccountExecutiveto manage the complete sales cycle for our exclusive longevity program. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, generating leads, conducting consultative sales conversations, and closing new client acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate qualified leads (Fortune 500 executives, private equity partners, successful entrepreneurs, family offices)
  • Conduct initial outreach and qualification of prospective clients
  • Present Loju Longevity's value proposition through consultative sales conversations
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to program enrollment
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Navigate objections and close sales
  • Maintain detailed records of prospect pipeline and sales activity
  • Meet or exceed quarterly client acquisition targets

Required Qualifications

Location:

Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or UAE

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field

Master's degree (MBA or equivalent)

Experience / Must-Haves:

Minimum 57 years selling ultra-high-ticket ($25k+) products or services

Existing personal network with UHNW individuals, family offices, or athletes

Proven track record with documented closed deals

Experience in wealth management, luxury services, sports agencies, or private banking

Established professional network in target markets

Skills / Must-Haves:

Full sales cycle ownership (prospecting to closing)

Consultative selling relationship-first, not pushy

Ability to operate at C-suite/billionaire level without intimidation

High-stakes negotiation

Familiarity with genetics, AI technology, or digital health sectors

Personality / Traits:

Highly self-motivated, no hand-holding

Discreet and trustworthy (confidentiality required for billionaire clients)

Polished presentation and communication

Resilient capable of handling long sales cycles and high rejection
