Sales Rep Position – Lux Sales Consulting

About Us:

Lux Sales Consulting is a fast-growing company helping Financial, Insurance & Lending Advisors consistently book 11–22 high-quality virtual appointments per month using our SLS Framework. We've already transformed 100+ businesses and are scaling fast toward $6–10M+/year in sales.

About the Role:

This is a fully remote, flexible role (ideally on EST) where you'll be speaking with top-tier advisors and execs, diagnosing their business problems, and enrolling them if there's a fit. If you're obsessed with consultative sales and personal growth, this is for you.

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales or appointment-setting experience (phone/in-person)
  • B2B experience speaking with advisors, business owners, execs
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and hungry to improve
  • Detail-oriented, empathetic, and competitive
  • Long-term commitment — not a side gig
