Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive - Motor located in Dubai. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, developing tailored insurance solutions, and assisting clients with motor insurance policies within TAT. Daily tasks include handling customer queries, preparing quotations, processing policy documentation, and managing renewals. The role also involves collaborating with other teams to meet client needs and contributing to achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in client relationship management, communication, and customer service
• Proficiency in reviewing and preparing motor insurance policies, quotations, and renewals
• Experience in problem-solving, negotiation, and addressing customer queries effectively
• Knowledge of motor insurance products, coverage options, and risk assessment
• Proficiency in using insurance and office software tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
• Prior experience in the insurance industry and knowledge of UAE-specific insurance regulations is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
