Account Executive

Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. You will manage the full commercial cycle — from CRM ownership and pipeline management through to proposal coordination and client follow-up — while serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams across events and brand activation projects.

Qualifications :

• Bilingual Arabic and English — Arabic is essential for KSA institutional and government client communication
• Proven background in BD, client services, or account management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in events, brand activations, or live experiences
• CRM experience — HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
• Familiarity with KSA regulatory environment, GEA, and Vision 2030 activations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
