Role Overview

The Senior Account Manager manages and grows key client accounts across GCC markets, primarily focusing on Saudi Arabia. This role balances client-facing responsibilities with internal coordination, ensuring campaigns and deliverables are executed on time, aligned with strategy, and of high quality. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, the Senior Account Manager translates client objectives into actionable plans while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

* Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.

* Understand client objectives, challenges, and expectations, translating them into actionable plans.

* Manage client expectations with transparency, clarity, and proactive communication.

2. Internal Coordination & Delivery

* Coordinate with content, design, performance, and production teams daily.

* Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects while maintaining quality standards.

* Write clear and structured briefs for internal teams.

* Track tasks, deadlines, approvals, and revisions.

* Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and client objectives.

3. Project & Performance Oversight

* Monitor campaign progress and ensure monthly plans are executed effectively.

* Identify delays, risks, or operational issues and escalate when necessary.

* Provide quick solutions and manage crises professionally.

4. Strategic Support

* Collaborate with Account Director and strategists on monthly and quarterly planning.

* Share insights from client interactions to enhance campaign strategy and performance.

* Assist in preparing presentations and client reports.

Qualifications & Skills

* 46+ years of experience in account management within a digital agency.

* Proven experience managing mixed accounts (Social Media + Performance Ads).

* Strong knowledge of digital marketing workflows and campaign processes.

* Experience in E-commerce accounts is a strong plus.

* Experience managing GCC clients, especially Saudi Arabia.

* Excellent communication, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
