Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, requiring both in-office and remote work flexibility. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with members, sponsors, and partners while identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating networking events, supporting sponsorship management and delivery, tracking member engagement, and strategizing ways to improve member experiences. The role also requires database management, regular communication with members, and assisting with marketing and promotional efforts for events and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills
  • Event planning and coordination experience
  • Marketing, social media management, and promotional experience
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic office software
  • Prior experience in professional networking, community engagement, or similar environments is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
