About the Role:
We are looking for a professional Account Manager to join our team, responsible for managing corporate client relationships and delivering integrated HR solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
- Resolve complaints and prevent issues related to client accounts
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with client stakeholders (HR team, Finance team, and others)
- Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address client concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure client satisfaction and enhance their overall experience
- Submit, maintain, and track CRM requests
- Review client account activity reports

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems
