This role suits someone who's naturally organised, proactive, and commercially aware confident managing relationships, keeping projects moving, and helping great ideas land properly. You'll play a key role in shaping client partnerships, translating briefs into action, and ensuring work is delivered with clarity, care, and momentum.
You should have a solid understanding of advertising, brand, marketing, and social media, and enjoy working closely with both clients and creative teams.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a reliable day-to-day partner
- Manage retainer and project-based accounts across brand, content, social, and digital
- Lead client calls, briefings, and presentations with confidence and clarity
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, digital, and production teams
- Anticipate client needs, flagging risks and opportunities early
- Support account growth by identifying upsell and additional scope opportunities
- Help maintain account profitability by tracking budgets, timelines, and deliverables
