Location: Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 + Commission
Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekdays: Monday to Friday

About The Job
We are hiring an Account Manager / BDM / Sales Manager with a strong background in events and exhibitions. The role focuses on generating new business, preparing proposals, and managing events end-to-end. Unlike a pure project management role, the key emphasis here is on bringing in sales and expanding the company's client base.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and prepare proposals for local and international clients
Coordinate and execute events from enquiry to final billing
Negotiate with clients to maximize financial results
Work closely with management on event planning, logistics, and quotations
Gather market intelligence and keep updated on industry trends
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
Proven experience in event management within the UAE
Strong knowledge of the UAE events market, venues, and client networks
Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
