Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager who can confidently manage client relationships, understand their goals, and guide them through our full marketing and content production process. This role requires someone who is not just a communicator, but a strategic thinker someone who can understand marketing challenges, solve problems quickly, and identify growth opportunities within each account.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of marketing, social media, branding and content strategy, and can translate client needs into clear internal action plans for the creative, design and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Strategy Support:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand clients business objectives, brand direction and marketing needs.
Provide strategic guidance where needed and support clients in problem-solving their marketing challenges.
Conduct regular check-ins to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Project & Workflow Management:
Manage the full delivery cycle: briefs internal coordination production revisions delivery.
Ensure all tasks move smoothly between teams (strategy, design, video, content).
Keep timelines on track and proactively prevent delays.
Maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams.
Upselling & Cross-Selling:
Spot opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit the client
Confidently explain the value of our services using marketing knowledge and strategic understanding.
Support the agency's revenue growth through healthy client expansion.
Problem Solving:
Identify issues early and propose solutions before they become problems.
Use marketing knowledge to guide clients when a concept, strategy or direction needs adjustments.
Navigate client requests, feedback, and internal challenges with maturity and calm decision-making.
Communication & Reporting:
Provide clients with updates, reports and clear explanations of deliverables.
Ensure approvals and feedback are collected on time.
Keep internal records, notes and tasks updated in the CRM.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required
24 years of experience in a marketing agency or client-facing marketing role.
Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, digital content, brand strategy and social media.
Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyse, think quickly and make sound decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once.
Highly organised with attention to detail.
