We are hiring an Account Manager to join a globally recognised business specialising in immersive and experiential technology. With a strong international presence, this organisation partners with major brands, retailers, and entertainment venues to deliver innovative, interactive experiences.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be a key member of the Client Services team, taking ownership of projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
This is not a business development role. Instead, you will focus on managing and delivering approved opportunities, acting as the day-to-day client lead across pitching, contracting, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end, from brief through to delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during pitch and delivery phases
- Support and execute pitch responses for inbound opportunities
- Prepare and submit RFI/RFP responses with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain client portals, vendor registrations, and documentation libraries
- Coordinate with internal creative and technical teams to meet deadlines
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with expectations and agreed frameworks
- Escalate any commercial or scope changes where required
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in Account Management or Client Services
- Experience within a project-based environment (creative, experiential, digital, or production)
- Exposure to the GCC market (Arabic is advantageous)
- Experience working on RFI/RFP processes and pitch support
- Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills (Figma is a plus)
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working under pressure
- A proactive, process-led mindset with an interest in immersive or emerging technologies
