Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal events teams
  • Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and live events
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and post-event reports
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and long-term client growth
  • Maintain strong client relationships and high satisfaction levels

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 24 years of experience in account management, events, or marketing agencies
  • Strong understanding of event planning and marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events
