- Create a database of partners, pipeline with new prospects through LinkedIn, knocking doors, connections and set up meetings to expand business opportunities and foster strong customer relationships.
- Establish and build strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers inquiries to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Create engaging presentation materials for customer that effectively communicate all necessary information to aid their decision-making process.
- Upsell and Cross-sell additional products and services to meet financial targets and grow existing accounts.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to maximize profits.
- Monitor industry news, competitor activities, and market trends to stay informed about the broader business environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, business development.
- FRA regulations – Ministry of social solidarity.
- Hands on experience with financial services accounts.
- Experience in the Fin-tech industry is a must.
