Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Dubai. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their routine Accounting, Auditing and taxation needs are addressed, and driving customer satisfaction. The role involves managing client accounts, understanding their business requirements, and providing tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities include tracking account performance, identifying upselling opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and addressing customer inquiries or issues promptly. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and play a key role in supporting business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • CA Qualified with strong skills in Accounting, Auditing and relationship building.
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation
  • Experience with data analysis, Power BI, MIS dashboard, reporting, and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Zoho, Tally and related accounting software and other relevant tools
  • Proven track record in managing client accounts within a professional services or consulting firm
