Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead and grow our business across Bangladesh and Nepal, with a strong focus on OTA partnerships, strategic accounts, and market expansion.
The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, develop commercial strategies, strengthen relationships with OTAs, airlines, and travel agencies, and identify new business opportunities across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development activities across Bangladesh and Nepal.
- Manage and grow relationships with OTAs, travel agencies, consolidators, and airline partners.
- Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share expansion.
- Develop and execute regional commercial and sales strategies.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business development or sales within the travel industry.
- Strong expertise in OTA management and strategic account development.
- Good understanding of airline distribution, GDS, and travel technology.
- Proven track record in achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within Bangladesh and Nepal markets preferred.
