Account Manager – Saudi Arabia (Automotive SaaS)
Saudi Arabia or UAE (with regular travel to Saudi Arabia)

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to help grow and support our customer base across Saudi Arabia.
This is a relationship-focused role where you will work closely with dealer groups, OEMs, banks and automotive partners to maximise the value they receive from our platform while identifying opportunities for expansion and growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow relationships with automotive customers across Saudi Arabia
• Deliver product demonstrations, onboarding and training sessions
• Identify upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities
• Work closely with customers to ensure successful adoption of our software
• Coordinate with product, data and support teams to solve customer challenges
• Build relationships with dealer principals, general managers, used car managers and OEM stakeholders
• Attend customer meetings, industry events and dealer visits throughout Saudi Arabia
• Act as the voice of the customer internally
Requirements
Strong automotive industry experience
Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development or Sales
Experience working with customers in Saudi Arabia
SaaS, automotive technology, automotive finance or enterprise software experience preferred
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
Fluent English required
Arabic language skills highly desirable
Willingness to travel regularly within Saudi Arabia
