Your Mission
We're looking for an energetic and driven Account Manager to join our global team. Working closely with the Territory Lead, you'll manage and grow relationships with media clients across LATAM and Iberia. You'll play a key role in optimizing and expanding client accounts while ensuring operational excellence in CRM, contracts, payments, and data management. This role calls for a relationship builder with sharp attention to detail and a strategic mindsetsomeone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about client success.
What You'll Do
- Develop and nurture strong partnerships with media clients, including TV networks, digital platforms, and publishers.
- Understand client editorial needs and organizational structures to tailor effective strategies.
- Identify new opportunities and drive account upgrades within your territory.
- Collaborate with our legal department on copyright and licensing matters.
- Partner with Customer Service to deliver a seamless and satisfying client experience.
- Strategize with the Territory Manager to target and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market developments, and emerging products.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage contracts and payments, and deliver clear sales forecasts.
- Represent Viory as a trusted advisor to journalists, editors, managers, and executives during events and client visits.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge and network within the Latin American news media landscape.
- Proven B2B (business-to-business) experience, including building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Languages: Native/Advanced Spanish (mandatory), Fluent English (corporate language), Portuguese is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering measurable results.
