Job Summary

The Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. The role combines business development and account management, focusing on building strong client relationships and delivering tailored training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales activities to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts (local and regional)
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop business plans and sales strategies to support revenue growth and profitability
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments
  • Prepare and execute action plans for lead generation and market penetration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Deliver presentations and propose tailored solutions to clients
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pricing, and performance
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Experience in training, events, or related industries is preferred
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Strong skills in sales analytics and KPI tracking
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Leadership potential and ownership mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
  • Very good command of English
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate leads
