Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Account Manager will be the primary contact between clients and the agency, managing daily communication, leading meetings, translating client requirements into internal briefs, and ensuring successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day client communication and relationship management
Lead strategic and status meetings and align on campaign direction
Develop and communicate clear briefs to internal teams
Prepare reports, performance summaries, and client presentations
Review media buying analyses and follow up with media buyers for assigned accounts
Oversee execution of integrated campaigns including digital, media buying, printing, and BTL/event activities
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in an advertising agency
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (media buying, printing, BTL/events)
Strong organization and ability to manage multiple accounts
Responsible, responsive, and detail-oriented
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Professional and presentable
Car ownership preferred
