Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Account Manager will handle day-to-day client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, overseeing the sales process, coordinating with teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, and identifying growth opportunities in collaboration with clients. The Account Manager will also address customer needs, resolve any complaints, and ensure seamless communication between teams and clients.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Experience in client account management and customer service
- Experience in the event branche
- Preferably a background in Marketing as well.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in sales
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Arabic and russian would be advantageous
