launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February
2019. The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce,
fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done.

About the role:
As an Account Manager, you will onboard brands, drive their growth, and expand assortment while managing their day-to-day business. You will work closely with a portfolio of assigned brands to identify opportunities, address gaps, and enable sustainable growth through regular communication, insights, and data-driven recommendations.
What you'll do:
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key brand partners.
- Responsible for end-to-end selection & business growth.
- Ensure best in class customer experience through strong merchandising, content and knowledge of customer journey for the business.
- Actively look at the commercial KPIs and explore collaborative opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
- Weekly reporting and key updates to management on brand performance.
- Become the main stakeholder in the performance of a portfolio
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree mandatory. MBA is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in key account management roles
- Strong experience in fashion. Prior exposure to e-commerce platforms is highly preferred
- Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is required. Arabic will be an advantage
