Job Description

NourNet is seeking a proactive Account Manager (Hunter) to drive new business acquisition in Jeddah. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting prospects with no previous revenue history with NourNet.

You will represent our full portfolio of ICT, cloud, connectivity, and managed services solutions, playing a key role in expanding our customer base in the Western Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new business accounts that have not previously engaged with NourNet.
  • Identify and develop opportunities through cold calling, site visits, networking, lead generation, and customer meetings
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries in coordination with the Customer Contact Center.

Build strong relationships with verified leads and prospective customers.

  • Sales Execution Understand customer needs and prepare tailored proposals that address their business challenges.
  • Execute sales plans with clear strategies and timelines to achieve revenue targets.
  • Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and valuedriven pitches to support deal closure.

Prepare quotations and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and related documents.

  • Customer Onboarding & FollowUp Ensure a highquality customer experience during the first year of engagement with NourNet.
  • Follow up after service activation to resolve issues and escalate internally when needed. Coordinate with Billing on invoicing and collections.
  • Internal Coordination & Reporting Update daily tasks, monitor open work orders, and maintain accurate sales reports.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of NourNet's products, solutions, and new technologies. Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
  • Performance Indicators Number of new customers acquired Average sales per new customer Prospecttosales conversion rate Revenue contribution from new customers Customer satisfaction Number of customer complaints (nontechnical).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Telecommunicationsrelated certifications are an advantage
  • +2 years of experiences in account management within the ICT field
